RATES

Nightly Rates

  • Weekday (Sun–Thu): $325/ night

  • Weekend (Fri–Sat): $375 / night

  • Holiday Periods: $450-550 / night

    • Holidays include: Thanksgiving week, Christmas–New Year, MLK, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day.

Minimum Stay

  • 2-night minimum

  • 3–4 nights required on major holidays

PETS

No pets allowed.
Please help us maintain an allergy-friendly and clean home for all guests.

CLEANING

$200 cleaning fee (rate)– every dollar goes directly to our cleaners.
Includes:

  • Full cabin cleaning

  • Laundering of sheets, bath towels, and spa towels

  • Hot tub chemical balancing

To keep guest costs low, please:

  • Place used towels near the washer

  • Start the dishwasher before departure

RESERVATION AGREEMENT

All reservations require:

  • Signed digital rental agreement

  • Copy of a government-issued ID (within 24 hours of booking)

  • Minimum renter age: 25

If ID is not received within 24 hours, the reservation may be canceled and refunded minus a 10% processing fee.

PROPERTY DAMAGE PROTECTION

A refundable $300 Security Deposit is required for all stays.
This deposit is collected at the time of booking and is fully refundable within 7–14 days after checkout, provided:

  • No damage is found to the property, furnishings, or linens

  • No excessive cleaning is required

  • No cabin rules were violated

  • No missing items are discovered

  • No unauthorized guests or pets were on the property

  • No smoking occurred inside or outside

Any damages or additional cleaning costs exceeding $300 will be billed to the guest.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 50% deposit is non-refundable

  • Balance due 30 days before arrival and is non-refundable

  • If guests must cancel, we will attempt to rebook the dates:

    • If rebooked, a future credit may be issued

    • If refunded, a 10% processing fee will be deducted

There are no refunds for weather, snow, smoke, road closures, or power outages.

CALAVERAS COUNTY TAX

We collect and remit the required:

12% Calaveras County Transient Occupancy Tax

SNOW, WEATHER & MOUNTAIN CONDITIONS

Mountain conditions are part of the adventure!
Please note:

  • Chains or 4WD are strongly recommended in winter

  • Snow removal is provided for the driveway after approximately 4 inches

  • No refunds due to:

    • Snowstorms

    • Smoke from wildfires

    • Power outages or road conditions

Lola’s Cabin has a propane fireplace, central heating, and ceiling fans, but no air conditioning, typical for Sierra cabins.
