PETS

Please discuss bringing any pets with me before your stay. We love animals, but because the carpets have recently been professionally cleaned, we ask that you do not bring puppies or pets that are not fully house-trained.

If approved, guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any damage or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.

CLEANING

Because this cabin is shared with friends and family, we ask that you leave it in the same clean condition in which you found it.

Please clean any rooms, kitchen areas, bathrooms, dishes, and other spaces you use during your stay. Before departing, dispose of trash, return furniture and items to their original locations, and ensure the cabin is tidy and ready for the next guests.

If something is damaged or cannot be cleaned, please let us know before you leave.

RESERVATION AGREEMENT

All reservations require:

  • Signed Digital Rental Agreement

    To help ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, all guests are required to sign a digital rental agreement before check-in. The agreement includes house rules, guest responsibilities, and a liability waiver acknowledging the inherent risks associated with staying at the property.

PROPERTY DAMAGE

Because this cabin is rented exclusively to friends and family, we do not require a security deposit.

We ask that you treat the cabin with the same care and respect you would your own home. If any damage occurs during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any damaged or missing items resulting from their stay, beyond normal wear and tear.

Accidents happen, and we appreciate your honesty and communication so we can work together to resolve any issues fairly.

SNOW, WEATHER & MOUNTAIN CONDITIONS

Mountain conditions are part of the adventure!
Please note:

  • Chains or 4WD are strongly recommended in winter

  • Snow removal is provided for the driveway after approximately 4 inches

Lola’s Cabin has a propane fireplace, central heating, and ceiling fans, but no air conditioning, typical for Sierra cabins.
